Juan Carlos Manjarrez decided to study Architecture, but in 1992 during the seventh semester decided to drop out and dedicate himself to painting.

Considered the most outstanding hyperralist artist in Mexico, his characteristic style is Sublime Neo Hyperrealism.

In his art stands out a monochromatic palette, as well as a minimalist composition and an elegant theme.

The discourse that governs his work is women, for him every beginning of something great comes from them.

His work is influenced by great photographers rather than painters.
